One of the great things about living here is that I can jump on my bike at a moment's notice and ride to the mountains and instantly de-stress. Been working for several days on laying the foundation for an ebook I want to create. It is actually based on an ebook written by someone else and I am requesting an email interview with him. So I have spent a lot of time reviewing his work and drawing up a long list of questions for the email interview. Finally today I have the first draft including the cover letter. I plan to let it sit tonight and do a final review tomorrow before sending it on to my partner to review. If she says it's ready, then I will be fedexing it on Friday. Anyway, that's the plan. I was sad to hear about the death of Don Knotts, the comedian and actor. His silly character, Deputy Barney Fife brought many chuckles in our household. He was 81 went he died so he did have a long productive life and hopefully he was aware of the laughter that he had brought to many people. I don't often take the weekend off. So I hired yet another lawn company that promises to keep my grass green and weed free. A few months ago a friend of mine paid a web designer $650 bucks for a simple website for her business. Ok, maybe that's a fair price; if you can't do it yourself you have to hire someone. Stop, I say, I know just barely enough FrontPage to be dangerous, and we can edit this ourselves. We made lots of backups, and laughed our way through 4 hours of editing this thing.
